摘　　要：平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司四矿是一座老矿井 ,开采条件复杂 ,集约化生产难度大。通过“双高”矿井建设 ,推进科技进步 ,不断完善生产系统 ,加强环节技术改造 ,实现了合理集中生产 ,取得了显著效益。可为同类矿井“双高”No. 4 mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Corp. Ltd. is an old mine with complicated mining conditions. Therefore, a centralized production will be very difficult for the mine. With a construction of a high production and high efficiency coal mine, to continuously improve the production system and enhance the reform of the key technology a rational centralized coal production was achieved with obvious benefits. Those achievements of the mine can be the references for other coal mines to build the high production and high efficiency mines.
