摘　　要：　本文详细介绍了水轮机蜗壳座环用高强钢焊丝的研制及应用,对比分析了药芯焊丝的优点和性能,并将实芯焊丝应用于三峡座环的焊接,为今后类似的大型蜗壳座环的焊接奠定了基础。In this paper,the research and application of welding wire for highstrength steel of turbine spiral case and stay ring are described in detail.The advantages and property of fluxcordwire are analysized,also the solidwire has already been applied for stay ring of Three Gorges project.All of these will lay foundation for welding of similar huge spiral case and stay ring in the future.
