摘　　要：通过分析电力投资体制改革对现行电价形成机制的影响、电价不合理性及其负效应 ,提出了在市场经济条件下 ,改革电价形成机制的原则和理顺电价形成机制的思路。Through analyzing the influence of electric power i nv estment system reform on current electricity price forming mechanism,the irratio nality of electricity price mechanism and its negative effect,the paper indicate s the principle,the clue and means of reforming current electricity price formin g mechanism under market economy condition.
