摘　　要：在介绍shift—sharef法基本原理和数学模型的基础上,用此方法对乌鲁木齐市工业行业的发展现状和竞争能力进行了分析,指出竞争力不足是其现存的主要问题,并对今后的发展作了一些初步的讨论。The basis of basic principle and mathematic models of shift - share method were introduced,by which the existing situation and competitive capability of industries in Urumqi were analyzed. Through analysis, it showed that short age competitive capability is the main problem at present. Thus authors hold a preliminary discussion about its development for the future . It is suggested to support superiority and high competitive industries actively, rely on former foundation and exploit potentialities in order to change the weaken situation , take different measures to the worst industries on the law of market and practical need, etc.
