摘 要:为探讨胎儿肝Cr含量及其动态变化规律和低龄人群Cr缺乏与超重、肥胖的关系 ,分析了 4~ 1 0个月龄胎儿肝Cr含量 ,并用统计学方法研究了肝Cr与胎儿生长发育参数的关系及影响因素。结果表明 ,胎儿肝Cr是个变量 ,并随身长、体重、头围和肝重的增加而降低 ,导致大龄胎儿处于低Cr状态且持续到儿童少年期 ,Zn是影响因素之一。揭示低龄人群处于低Cr状态增加了对Cr缺乏的敏感性 ,Cr缺乏可能是这一部分人群超重、肥胖的成因之一。To probe the relationship among dynamic change character of chromium content in fetal liver,chromium deficiency and overweight,adiposity in low age people,the content of chromium in liver of fetus age of 4~10 month was determined and the relationship between chromium content in fetal liver with fetal developing parameters and its influencing factors was studied. The results show that chromium content in fetal liver is a variable,and it reduces with the increasing of month age,avoirdupois,head perimeter and weight of liver,which will induce elder fetus being with low Cr condition and lasting to teen age.Zn is one of the influencing factors.It concluded that low age people are with low Cr condition increases the sensitivity to Cr deficiency,and Cr deficiency may be one of causes for the overweight and adiposity in low age people.
