摘 要:玉米、水稻经叶面喷施氯化胆碱(CC)和高效硝铵复合肥(硝饺肥)后,叶片叶绿素含量,比叶重,硝酸还原酶(NR),ATP酶,以及玉米的磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)和苹果酸酶等的活性均有不同程度的提高。从而促进了光合作用,使产量有所提高。CC和硝铵肥混合使用时,效果更好。Solutions of choline chloride and high efficient compound fertilizer of ammonium nitrate were sprayed to the maize and rice leaves at seedling jointing and heading stages, respectively, and some physiological and biochemical indexes were determined. The yield and other agronomic characters were analysed after harvest. The main results were as follows: 1. The yields of maize and rice were increased, and the contents of total saccharides and soluble carbohydrate in grain were higher in the treatments with CC than in the controls. 2. The yields of maize and rice were higher after treated with the mixture of CC and high efficient compound fertilizer of ammonium nitrate as compared with the CC treatment only, and the quality of grain was better. 3. The chlorophyll in leaves, the activities of enzymes in relation to photosynthesis such as nitrate reductase, Mg^(2+)-ATPase, Ca^(2+)-ATPase, phosphoenol pyruvate carboxylase, and malic enyzme were increased significantly in the treatments with CC and/or high efficient compound fertilizer of ammonium nitrate than those in the control.
