摘　　要：在胶带输送线中 ,运用程控分包技术可以实现对两个作业点同时装料作业。本文根据南京化工公司 30万吨尿素码头胶带输送线的技术要求 ,对分包机的PLC监控系统进行了全面的分析 ,并对该系统进行了流程图、输入输出回路和PLC程序的设计。这项技术的成功运用 。The distributor can distribute carbamide in bags from one belt conveyor line to two belt conveyor lines for shipment in two berths at the same time. This paper, according to the technical demand of 300 thousand shipping ton carbamide cargo berth's belt conveyor line in Nanjing Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd., roundly analyses PLC control system, concretely designs flow chart, I/O circuit and PLC programme. Successfully using this technique will bring favourable economy benefit for material flow in our country.
