摘　　要：介绍了27.5 kV负荷开关站的设计思路、实施方案、工作原理和运行方式,并对其功能和工程实施的情况与分区所进行了分析对比。该方案具有可靠性高、工程造价低、节省人力等优点,并对基于PLC研制开发的负荷开关站监控系统进行了详细描述。It introduces the design philosophy and implementation plan of 27.5 kV load switching substation, illustrates in detail it抯 working principle and operation mode, implements the analysis and comparison between every aspects of function and implementation of project and sub-switching post, states the high reliability of the plan, low cost of project and advantages in saving labor force as well as the detailed description of the control system of load switching substation on the basis of development of PLC.
