摘　　要：分析了当前供暖收费的弊端 ,阐述了供水回管设跨越管 ,跨越管和散热器的供水管交汇处设三通调节锁封阀 ,与回水管交汇处设止回活节三通的改装设计方案 ,提出了该方案的诸多优点 。The disadvantages of heating charge at present are analyzed. Equipment alternation plan is elaborated to set crossover pipe in water supply return pipe, closing valve and slipknot in confluent parts. The advantages of this plan are proposed and the charge problem is solved.
