摘　　要：通过对现行建设工程预算定额及其费用定额的介绍和分析 ,指出其在适应市场经济体制方面的弱点和不足。同时 ,结合实际 ,提出建设工程预算定额及其费用定额 。Based upon simple introduction and analysis on present detailed estimate norm and expense standard of construction engineering the disadvantages of them under the condition of market economy are pointed out. At last the problems that how to apply and realize proper estimate norm and expense standard in future market economic condition are discussed.
