摘　　要：本文通过分析北京市现在所进行的大规模房屋危改中大量本地居民外迁这一事实 ,以及住房产业飞速发展的社会问题 。The impact of many residents leaving the place where they have lived for many years and the social problems created by the rapid development realty are analyzed. The problems facing new urban planning strategy and possible solutions are discussed in the paper.
