摘　　要：目前萄糖酰胺(APA)产量为4万t/a,主要由P＆G公司生产。关于APA的合成方法,国外主要以葡萄糖为原料,经胺化、加氢、酰胺化反应制得;国内的研究以淀粉或葡萄糖为原料,水解后经还原胺化反应、酰化反应制得。APA可用于洗涤剂和化妆品工业、食品工业、农业和纺织工业等,具有良好的开发前景。At present, the output of alkyl polyglucoside amide ( APA) is 40000t/a, P&G is the primary manufacturer. About the synthesis technology of APA, the process based on glucose via animation, hydrogenation and amidation was adopted in foreign countries; domestic studies was based on glucose or starch through hydrolysis, reduction animation and acylation. APA has good development prospects which can be used in detergent & cosmetic industry, food industry, agriculture, textile industry and so on.
