摘　　要：本文通过对细胞增殖度法试验的应用 ,分析了该试验方法的影响因素 ,提出在应用该试验方法时 ,应对潜在的技术问题予以适当的处置并密切监控试验系统的特性 。By means of application of cell proliferation test,factors of influence for the test method are analyzed.It is suggested,when applying the test method,potential technical problems should be handled appropriately,and characteristics of the test system should be monitored intensively.Only in this way,reliable and effective data of cell toxicity can be obtained.
