依地红皮肤消毒剂的抗菌及抗炎实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察依地红皮肤消毒剂的抗菌、抗炎作用。方法 :用定量杀菌试验方法测试依地红对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌作用 ;用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,用琼脂致大鼠肉芽肿后 ,用依地红灌胃观察肿胀率。结果 :依地红对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌有较好的抑制作用 ;对巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿均有抑制作用。结论 :以血散薯为主要原料制成的新型抗真菌中药制剂依地红具有较好的抗菌。Objective: To study the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory pharmacodynamics of Yidihong. Methods: The antibacterial effects of S. aureus, B. Coli and candida albicans were determined by quantitative antibacterial tests, the swelling rates were observed after the auricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice and granuloma induced by agar in rats. Results: S. aureus, B.Coli and candida albicans were inhibited and auricle swelling in mice and granuloma in rats were ameliorated effectively after gavage of Yidihong. Conclusion: Yidihong has strong effects in antibacterial and anti inflammation.
