家兔实验性减压病的临床病理分析

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨减压病 (DCS)的临床病理表现及意义。 [方法 ]将雄性新西兰白兔 2 0只全部置入高压氧舱中 ,5min加压至 0 .6MPa ,并在该压力下暴露 6 0min ,然后用 3min减至常压出舱。将患病家兔进行解剖 ,取心脏、肺脏、肝脏、肾脏、脊髓、脑、皮下组织 ,常规石蜡包埋切片后作HE染色 ,光镜下观察。[结果 ]大体标本见血管中有气泡存在、尿潴留、肠胀气等表现。镜下见组织切片中有气泡形成、淤血、炎症浸润、组织肿胀等现象。 [结论 ]减压病时各组织脏器中都可存在气泡 ,并引起局部出血、淤血、肿胀、炎细胞浸润等表现 ,导致临床上出现皮肤淤斑、骨关节疼痛及中枢神经系统、呼吸、循环、消化系统的损伤表现。To investigate the pathologic-anifest and mening of DCS New-zealand rabbits 20 were exposed to 0.6 MPa compressed are for 60 minutes then decompressed in 3 minutes. Heart, lung, liver, kidney, spinal cord, brain, subcutaneous tissues were taken from those ill rabbits after paraffm wax secttions were dyed by HE, they were observed through microscope Gas bubbles in vasculr, retention of urine and intestines constriction were observed in roughly samples. Through micrscope we can see gas bubbles, extra vasated, blood, inflammatory cell nfiltration and swelling in local tissue. [Conclusion] Gas bubbles in tissues and organs, local hemorrhage,extra vasataed, blood, swelling. Infiltration were observed after DCS. Happend correstpndingly, petechiac,jiont-pain CNS,damnification,respiratory,system damnification and digestive system damnification appeared.
