华蟾素对肺癌抗癌作用的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨华蟾素注射液对肺癌抗癌作用的影响。[方法]采用尾静脉及腹腔注射给药,观察华蟾素注射液对NIH小鼠的急性毒性;采用华蟾素注射液腹腔注射,观察高中低不同剂量(12.5、10.0、8.0g/kg)对局部肿瘤生长的抑制作用和对生存期的影响及其对自发性肺转移的影响。[结果]华蟾素注射液按12.5 g/kg静脉或腹腔注射NIH小鼠均未见有明显的毒性反应;华蟾素高、中、低不同剂量对Lewis肺癌小鼠瘤体生长均有抑制作用(与对照组比较,均P<0.05);对荷Lewis肺癌小鼠有延长生存期的作用(与对照组比,P<0.05);但无显著抑制Lewis肺癌自发转移的作用(与对照组比,P>0.05)。[结论]华蟾素注射液具有较确切的抗肺癌作用,且其毒性较低,对肺癌的临床治疗具有积极意义,值得进一步研究。[Objective] To observe anticancer action of cinobufotalin injection (CI) for pulmonary carcimoma. [Methods] Acute toxicity of CI was observed by administering it caudal - intravenously and intraperitoneally to NIH mice; effects of intraperitoneal injection of various dosages of CI (12.5, 10.0 and 8.0 g/kg) on cancer growth, survival time of mice and spontaneous metastasis of tumor in lung were also observed. [Results] Venous injection and intraperitoneal injection of CI (12.5 g/kg body weight) to NIH mice showed no obvious toxic effect; CI in various dosages inhibited the growth of Lewis lung cancer and prolonged the survival time in mice (P <0.05 as compared with the control group) and had no effect on the metastasis of Lewis lung cancer (P > 0.05) . [Conclusion] Cinobufotalin injection has an anticancer action on pulmonary carcinoma and has low toxicity, which is worth a further research for its clinical application.
