摘  要:[目的]探讨不同天然提取物对广藿香试管苗壮苗的生物效应。[方法]采用改良的MS、1/2MS、B5、N6等不同的培养基,分别中入香蕉、荸荠、马铃薯和胡萝卜提取物,接种后培养45 d,观察不同处理的生物效应。[结果]组培苗在改良的MS+150 g/L香蕉汁+30 g/L蔗糖培养基上的生根壮苗效果最佳,移栽成活率达98%。[结论]添加香蕉汁提取物,可加速组培苗的生长和根的分化,缩短广藿香成苗生长周期。[Objective] To investigate the effects of crude extractive on the growth of test - tube plantlets of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. . [Methods] Test- tube plantlets Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. were cultured with various basic medium (modified MS, 1/2 MS, 65 and Ng) to which potato, carrot, ehufa and banana extractive were added respectively, Forty - five days after the transplanting of culture, the effects were observed. [ Results ] The plantlets grew well in the modified MS with 150 g/L banana extractive and 30 g/L sucrose and the survival rate was 98% . [Conclusion] Adding banana extractive can promote the growth of plantlets and the differentiation of roots, thus shortening the growth period of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.
