摘 要:目的研究莪术对免疫性肝纤维化大鼠肝细胞膜功能的影响。方法采用牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)致大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,观察莪术大、小剂量对其肝功能、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)及肝细胞膜腺苷三磷酸酶 (ATPase)活性的改变。结果大剂量莪术能明显降低肝细胞膜Ca2 + ATPase活性 (P <0 .0 1 )及血清白蛋白 (ALB)含量 ,升高血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)。结论大剂量莪术可加重BSA致肝纤维化大鼠肝损伤 ,与其明显降低肝细胞膜Ca2 +?Objective To investigate the effect of Ezhu(Zedoary) on the membrane function of hepatocytes among rats with immune injuring iduced hepatic fibrosis.Methods The model of immune injuring induced hepatic fibrosis of rats was prepared by the use of bovine serum albumin. Then,various dosages of Zedoary were fed to the animals gastrically and liver function,SOD,MDA and ATPase activity of hepatocytic membrane were determined respectively to see the differences among them.Results The larger dosage of Zedoary could obviously decrease the activity of Ca 2+ ATPase on hepatocytic membrane and the content of ALB in serum (P<0.01), and rise the serum level of ALT of the rats.Conclusions The use of larger dosage of Zedoary can aggravate liver injury among rats with hepatic fibrosis and this is associated with the effect obviously decreasing the activity of Ca 2+ ATTPase on hepatocytic membrane. 〔
