不同剂型银翘散抗菌、抗病毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的对比银翘散合煎剂、分煎剂与颗粒剂抗菌、抗病毒作用。方法用金黄色葡萄球菌、流感病毒感染小鼠 ,观察银翘散 3种不同剂型对感染金黄色葡萄球菌、流感病毒小鼠的影响以及对Hela细胞生长抑制、抗FM1、Adv 7增殖的影响。结果银翘散 3种不同剂型对模型组均有抗菌、抗病毒的作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但组间无显著性差异。结论银翘散 3种不同剂型在抗菌。?Objective To comparatively study the pharmacodynamic effects of different preparations of Yinqiao Powder on bactria and viruses.Methods Infecting models were prepared at first among mice with Staphylococcus aureus and influenza virus respectively, and then, various preparations of Yingqiao Powder were given to these animals to see the therapeutic effect differences of them on the infecting models. Furthermore, the inhibitory effects of these preparations on Hela cell, FM1 and Adv 7 were also investigated. Results All the three preparations of Yinqiao Powder held significant therapeutic effects on bacteria and virus infecting among mice, with no significant differences in this respect (P<0.05). Conclusion There are no sinificant differences present among different preparations of Yingqiao Powder for their pharmacodynamic effects on bacteria and viruses. 〔
