小四五颗粒对糖尿病大鼠肾保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的 观察小四五颗粒对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型的肾功能影响。方法 用STZ腹腔注射法诱导糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,设立正常组、模型组、依那普利治疗组、小四五颗粒治疗组,治疗12周。观察治疗期间及治疗后大鼠一般状况、血糖、尿糖、24 h尿蛋白、24 h尿白蛋白排泄率、肌酐、尿素氮、肾重、相对肾重,并作透射电镜及光镜检查。结果造模3组均出现糖尿痛及肾脏损害,依那普利和小四五颗粒对血糖和尿糖无影响,但可以改善基本状况、肾功能、减少尿蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄,对肾脏形态学损害也有一定保护作用。结论 小四五颗粒无降糖作用,但具有确切的肾脏保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Xiao Siwu Granules (XSG) on renal function of streptozotocin (STZ) - induced diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic nephropathy rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. Rats were allocated to normal control group, model group, enalapril group and XSG group. All rats were treated with corresponding drugs for 12 weeks. During and after the treatment, the general state, blood and urine glucose levels, excretion rate of the 24 - hour urine protein and albumin, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen contents, kidney weight and relative kidney weight were measured. Renal pathological features were observed under microscope and electron microscope. Results Diabetes mellitus and renal lesions occurred in the three model groups. Enalapril and XSG had no effect on the blood and urine glucose levels, while they could improve the general state and renal function, decrease the excretion rate of the 24 -hour urine protein and albumin and relieve the renal lesions. Conclusion XSG has no effect in decreasing the blood sugar level but has a certain effect in preventing renal function.
