摘　　要：目的 建立全生白术散加味颗粒中橙皮苷的测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果橙皮苷在0.22～1.1μg范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为103.0％,RSD为3.12％。结论 本方法准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin content in Qiansheng Baizhusan Jiawei Granule (QBJG). Methods The content of hesperidin was determined by HPLC. Results Hesperidin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 22-1.1ug(r = 0. 9998). The average recovery was 103. 0 % and RSD was 3. 12 %. Conclusion The methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of QBJG.
