摘  要:目的 探讨脑栓康对D -半乳糖诱导的脑功能衰退小鼠的保护作用。方法 小鼠颈背部皮下注射D -半乳糖 ,通过测定模型小鼠的学习记忆能力和脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活力、丙二醛 (MDA)和脂褐素含量 ,观察脑栓康对模型小鼠的保护作用。结果 脑栓康 10 0、5 0、2 5mg/kg可不同程度地改善模型小鼠的学习记忆能力 ;3个剂量均可以明显增强模型小鼠脑组织SOD、GSH Px活力 ,降低MDA和脂褐素含量 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 抑制脑组织脂质过氧化反应 ,提高脑组织的抗氧化能力 ,可能是脑栓康改善行为学异常。Objective To study the protective effects of Naoshuankang (NSK) against the cerebral functional decline induced with D galactose in mice. Methods The model of cerebral functional decline was induced by subcutaneously injecting D galactose in the nape of the mice. The protective effects of NSK against the cerebral functional decline were observed by detecting the changes in learning and memorizing abilities, SOD and GSH Px activities, and the levels of MDA and lipofuscin in the model mice. Results: All three NSK doses of 100 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg and 25mg/kg could improve learning and memorizing abilities to different degrees, markedly enhance cerebral SOD and GSH Px activities, and decrease the levels of MDA and lipofuscin ( P<0 05, P <0 01). Conclusion Inhibiting cerebral lipid peroxidation and increasing the ability of cerebral antioxidation may be one of the mechanisms of the effects of NSK in improving abnormal behavior of the patients and reliving senior dementia.
