摘  要:目的 在众多的具有心肌保护作用的中药中筛选出保存心脏作用显著的中药。方法 采用Langendorff离体心脏灌注模型 ,在改良的Euro Collins心脏保存液 (mEC液 )中添加各中药注射液 ,与单纯mEC液作对照 ,观察保存 3h后离体心脏的心功能及保存 7 5、9h后的心脏复活率。结果 与对照组相比 ,肌生、刺五加、红花注射液可提高小鼠离体心脏的保存效果 (保存 3h)及保存心脏的复活率 (保存 7 5h)。保存 9h后心脏复活率的高低顺序为红花 >肌生 >刺五加 =黄芪 =川芎嗪 >当归注射液 ;复跳需时以红花、肌生注射液最短。结论 红花注射液延长心脏保存时间的作用显著 。Objective To screen the Chinese herbal drugs that possess marked effects in the preservation of the isolated heart from large amounts of Chinese herbal drugs that have certain myocardium protective effects. Methods The isolated heart model induced by Langendorff's perfusion was adopted, and Chinese herbal drug injections were added into the modified Euro Collins heart preserving solution (mEC solution) with the pure mEC solution as a control. The cardiac functions of the isolated heart preserved for 3 hours and the revivification rate of the isolated heart preserved for 7 5 hours and 9 hours, respectively were observed. Results As compared with the results from the control group, Jisheng injection, Ciwujia injection and Honghua injection could improve the cardiac functions of mouse isolated heart preserved for 3 hours, and increase the revivification rate of the isolated heart preserved for 7 5 hours. The order of the Chinese herbal injections used in the experiment according to their potency of revivifying the preserved isolated heart was: Honghua injection > Jisheng injection > (Ciwujia injection, Huangqi injection and Ligustrazine injection) > Danggui injection; and Honghua injection and Jisheng injection showed the shortest heart beating restoring time. Conclusion The effects of Honghua injection on prolonging the preservation time of the isolated heart were more marked than those of Jisheng injection.
