重组水蛭素抗大鼠静脉血栓形成的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨重组水蛭素（rH)抗大鼠静脉血栓形成作用。方法 应用Reyers法将大鼠随机分为7组，各组分别自舌静脉注入不同药物或同一药物不同剂量，结扎下腔静脉后6h，观察血栓形成和血栓干重，并进行统计比较。结果 随rH剂量增加，血栓形成和血栓干重呈下降趋势，与正常对照组比较。具有显著性差异（P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 rH具有较强的抗静脉血栓形成作用。Objective To explore the anti venous thrombosis effect of recombinant Hirudin.Methods The rats were randomly divided into 7 groups through Rayers method and in each group different medicine or different doses of the same medicine were injected into sublingual veins and then the inferior vena cava were ligated,and 6 hours later the thrombosis and its dried weight were observed and calculated for comparison.Results With increase of rH doses,the thrombosis and its dried weight tended to decrease and there ...
