摘　　要：目的 探讨正常成人右肺门的X线测量有关数据。方法 摄200例正常成人站立后前位胸片，分析右肺门角度，肺门角至胸部中线距离，肺门高度比率3项指标。结果 右肺门角度男性（134.51±8.84)°。女性（132.99±8.67)°；右肺门角至胸部中线距离男性（4.68±0.56)cm，女性（4.32±0.50)cm；右肺门高度比率男性1.38±0.21。女性1.33±0.20。结论 测量值扩充了国内已发表的各年龄组右肺门的X线测量值范围，为临床判断右肺门病变提供参考依据。Objective To study the X ray findings of right hilus pulmonis in normal adults.Methods Three values such as the angle、height ratio of right hilus pulmonis and the distance between the angle of hilus and chest midline were measured on the erect posterior anterior chest films of 200 normal adults.Results The angle of right hilus pulmonis was 134.51°±8.84° for males and 132.99°±8.67° for females.
