先天性手畸形的矫正失误分析

摘　　要：目的 :提高对先天性手畸形的手术成功率。方法 :应用显微外科技术 ,采用各类皮瓣移植术、松解术、植皮术、切除矫形术等对先天性手畸形进行矫正。结果 :对先天性手畸形组成的认识失误 ,对先天性手畸形分类的认识失误 ,对先天性手畸形的手术失误。结论 :并非每一个畸形手都需要手术治疗。没有确实的术前方案不能治疗手畸形。Objective:To increase the success rate of operation.Method:Using microsurgery technique,all cases were repaired by all kinds of flap graft,lysis,skin graft and resection.Result:To fail to recognize the formation of congenital hand deformities,to fail to recognize the classification of congenital hand deformities and operation failure.Conclusion:Not every case of hand deformities needs operation.No operation can be done before a definite preoperative evaluation is made.If the operation leads to a decrease in function,the harm is much bigger than that in which the operation can't improve the function.
