摘 要:研究了 3个美国转Bt基因抗虫棉品种和 2个国产非抗虫棉品种 (G hirsutumL )的叶片生长特性 ,结果表明 :主茎叶数随生育进程缓慢增加 ,至打顶 (8月 1日 )后迅速下降 ;果枝叶数随生育进程迅速增加 ,至最大值 (9月 1日 )后又迅速下降 ;果枝叶数是主茎叶数的 3~ 4倍。主茎叶平均单叶面积是果枝叶的 2~ 3倍 ,单株总果枝叶面积是总主茎叶面积的 2倍左右。叶片厚度随生育进程持续增加 ;果枝叶比主茎叶厚。叶面积指数最大值出现在盛铃期 (8月 1日 )。品种间主茎叶数、面积、厚度均有差异 ,而果枝叶除数量有差异外 。Using 3 American boll-worm-resistant varieties( G.hirsutum L.)and 2 Chinese non-boll-resistant varieties ( G.hirsutum L.),a study on their leaf growing property was conducted The results showed that main stem leaf number grew gradually as the plant's development,and dropped rapidly after top removal(Aug 1) Sympodial leaf number mushroomed as the development and dropped swift after reaching the peak on Sept 1 The sympodial leaf number was 3~4 times that of main stem leaf The average area of main stem leaf was 2~3 times that of sympodial leaf,however,the plant leaf area of total sympodial leaves was around 2 times that of total main stem leaves Leaf thickness grew continuously as the development,and sympodial leaf was thicker than main stem leaf Leaf area index(LAI)reached its peak at peak bolling stage(Aug 1) Main stem leaf number,area and thickness varied from varieties,but sympodial leaf didn't except for number
