摘　　要：①目的　探讨经皮穿刺髓核切吸术对腰椎稳定性的影响。②方法　对 5 6例经皮穿刺髓核切吸术病人手术前后动态X线片进行测量比较。③结果　经皮穿刺髓核切吸术前后角度位移、水平位移、椎间隙高度没有明显差异 ,腰椎曲度穿刺后较穿刺前减小 (t=4.16,P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To evaluate the influence of percutaneous lumbar discectomy (PLD)on the stability of lumbar. Methods The pre- and post-operational dynamic lumbar X-ray was measured in 56 cases. Results There was no difference of angle displacement and plane displacement and height of intervetebral space pre- and post-PLD, but the flexision degree of lumbar reduced after PLD (t=4.16, P<0.05). Conclusion The lumbar stability would not be affected by PLD in short term after the operation.
