摘　　要：针对海上采油平台存在问题形式复杂、多样性的特点 ,探索安全预警机制管理模式 ,以研究、补充安全管理中的不足 ,保障人员安全 ,保障安全生产 。Be aimed at the characteristics of safety problem and multiform of offshore platform, the early warning mechanism mode of safety management is investigated, some shortcomings in safety management are studied and supplemented in order to ensure human safety and production safety and to practice early warning and prevention for safety production
