摘　　要：从以人为本的思想出发,探讨现代居住区规划和住宅设计的方法,以及未来居住区规划和住宅设计的发展方向,引入建筑策划的理论,树立生态住宅的全新概念。From the pro -human viewpoint, the authors discuss the planning of modern residence zone, mothed of housing design and direction of their future development. The idea of architecural scheme and new concept of ecological housing are also introdeuced.
