摘　　要：对目前经济社会发展所面临的环境问题进行了对比分析 ,阐述了发展循环经济、建设循环型经济社会对实现我国经济社会可持续发展的重要意义 ,同时分析了青岛市发展循环经济、建立循环型经济社会的可能性和必要性 。The contrast analysis is given for the environment problems accompanied with the society development. In order to realize the sustainable development, the importance of developing recycling economy and establishing recycling economy society is expounded. The feasibility and necessity of that for Qingdao city are also analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are brought forward.
