摘　　要：阐述了供应链管理中的困难及已有的解决方案,在分析了传统数据交换的特点和局限性的基础上,提出了基于Webservices的供应链设计。它可以实现客户对供应商的查找和发现,并在此基础上实现在供应商和客户之间的商务往来,以达到信息共享和减少不确定性的目的。This paper discusses difficulties in supply chain management and their solutions currently available. Making a brief introduction about the characteristic and the limitation of traditional data interchange, the paper presents a design of supply chain based upon Web services. Customers may look up and find their suppliers, engage in business transaction using it, which can lead to data sharing and reducing the uncertainties of supply chain.
