摘 要:详细介绍了清华大学与江苏北方氯碱集团设计研究院共同设计的新式干燥流程—组合式节能旋流干燥系统。该干燥装置中的旋流干燥床的体积仅为旋风干燥装置的20%~30%,气流干燥塔的体积亦减少20%~30%,设备投资可节省约30万元,运行成本节约50万元(按5万t/a产能计),且节能效果好,操作弹性大,控制简单,对PVC树脂质量无不良影响。This paper introduced a new type drying plant,ie a complex energy-saving cyclone drying plant,which was jointly designed by Tsinghua University and Design and Research Institute of Jiangsu Northern Chlor-Alkali Group Company.Compared with cyclone drying plant,this new type cyclone drying plant had the following advantages:the volume of drying bed was only 20%~30% that of cyclone drying plant,the volume of cyclone drying tower decreased by 20%~30%,the investement of equipments could save 0.3 million RMB$,the operation cost could save 0.5 million RMB$ (based on 50 kt/a PVC),the energy-saving effect was good,the operation flexibility was large,the control was simple and had no bad effect on the quality of PVC resin.
