摘　　要：采用甲基丙烯酸与高沸点的环氧化合物形成甲基丙烯酸羟烷酯,再与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应制得一种新型的甲基丙烯酸酯单体,该单体主要用于制备金属管道用丙烯酸酯厌氧密封胶。研究了影响该单体合成的因素及合成的最佳条件和配比。A new type of methylacrylate monomer, which is used to prepare anaerobic sealant used in metal piples, is synthesized by methylacrylic acid reacted respectively with the epoxycompound of high boiling point and TDI. The factors that influence the synthesis of the monomer and the optimum reaction conditions are discussed.
