反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸奥昔布宁片的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立盐酸奥昔布宁片的反相高效液相色谱测定法。 方法 :采用外标法 ,色谱柱 :Irregular HC18柱 ,流动相 :甲醇∶水∶1mol/L醋酸铵 (85∶13∶2 ) ,流速 :1.0ml/min ,检测波长 :2 2 0nm ,灵敏度 :1.5AUFS ,进样量 :10 μl。 结果 :本法线性范围为 0 .2 70 .0 μg/ml,最低检测限为 1ng ,平均回收率为 10 7.4 6 % ,日内差和日间差分别为 4 .4 4 %和 2 .15 %。 结论 :本测定方法简便易行 。Objective:To establish a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic(RP HPLC) method to determine the oxybutynin hydrochloride content in its tablets.Methods:Oxybutynin was assayed by RP HPLC under the condition as the follows:Chromatographic column:Irregular H C18 column; UV detective wavelength:220 nm;Flow rate:1.0 ml/min; Sensitivity:1.5 AUFS; Mobile phase:methanol∶water∶1 mol/L ammonium acetate (85∶13∶2);Sample size:10 μl.Results:Linear range was 0.2 70.0 μg/ml,determinated limitation was 1 ng,average recovery was 107.46%,RSD within the day and among the day was 4.44% and 2.15%.Conclusion:The method is convenient and simple,and can meet the requirement of analysis.
