绿色彩棉色素稳定性研究

摘　　要：绿色彩棉纤维的色素结构中存在芳环、酚羟基、醇羟基、羰基、甲氧基和共轭双键等 ,因此化学性质不稳定。本文研究了 pH值、氧化剂、还原剂、光照、表面活性剂、金属离子、生物酶和湿热、干热等因素对绿色彩棉中天然色素稳定性的影响 ,并探讨了提高色素稳定性及对变色产品进行修复的可能性。Due to the aromatic ring,phenolic hydroxyl,alcoholic hydroxyl, carbonyl, methoxyl and coniugated double bond etc. existing in the colorant structure of naturally colored cotton fiber, the chemical property of the colorant is unstable. In this paper, the factors affecting the stability of the colorant are researched, such as pH value, oxidant, reductant, light exposure, surfactant, metal ion, enzyme, wet/hot and dry/hot conditions etc. The possibility of improving colorant stability and repairing discolored products is also discussed.
