摘　　要：　研究了高效催化剂(Se粉)在蛋白质快速消化中的最佳用量,通过单因素分析得出:Se粉0 15g,K2SO4lg,浓H2SO410ml;并用末方法与标准方法进行比较,经t检验,结果一致。The optimum quantity in the protein assimilation wih selenium powder as catalyst has been studied.The result Shows that the optimum quantities by single factor analysis are 1.5g of Se powder,1g of K2SO4 and 10 ml of thick H2SO4.The present method is compared with the standar method and by test the results are agreement.
