本土基金在行业开放背景下的SWOT分析

摘　　要：中外合资基金管理公司的获准筹建标志着我国基金业对外开放进入了实质性阶段 ,这对于本土基金来说 ,既是一次难得的机遇 ,又是一次巨大的挑战。根据SWOT框架的分析 ,本土基金具有熟悉国情、政府扶植等多方面的优势 ,但同时也在运作的规范性、投资理念的科学性等诸多方面具有劣势 ;基金业的开放为本土基金创造了向外资基金学习和借鉴的机会 ,但同时也使本土基金面临着与外资或合资基金在优秀人才、市场占有等诸多方面的激烈竞争。因此 ,本土基金必须要善于发挥优势、主动消除劣势、及时把握机遇、积极迎接挑战 ,这样才能够适应基金业开放的新形势 ,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。The first joint fund is entitled to its operation in China, which suggests the opening of fund industry in China comes into a substantial stage. It is a precious opportunity as well as a great challenge to domestic funds. Based on the frame of SWOT analysis, domestic funds own the advantages of their familiarity with the domestic market and the help of the government, but also have the disadvantages on standard methods on investment and management. Domestic funds have the opportunity of learning from foreign funds, but also have to compete with foreign funds on many fields. Therefore domestic funds must make the best use of their advantages and eliminate their disadvantages; they must get hold of the opportunities and get over the challenges. Only by this way can domestic funds adapt to the new situation and keep ahead all through in the keen competition.
