摘　　要：文章在对我国建设监理制度与建设监理国际惯例进行对比分析的基础上 ,针对我国建设监理存在亟待改进的主要问题 。Aiming at the main problems in China's construction supervision, based on the comparison between intemational construction supervision convention and Chinese construction supervision system,this paper sets forth the suggestion of improving legislation and carrying out an overall supervision.
