南通市农业和农村经济结构调整的现状与发展

摘　　要：南通滨江临海,素有黄金水道和黄金海岸之称,地处富饶的长江三角洲、傲立苏中之首。近几年,在农产品相对过剩、市场约束增大的条件下,利用地理、科技、资金等优势,农业结构调整已经趋向成熟,然而农村经济结构调整是一项长期的战略性任务,南通市作为首批14个对外开放的沿海港口城市之一,属沿海经济发达地区,必须提高起点,进一步开拓农产品市场,促进市场农业大力发展。就南通市农业和农村经济结构调整中的粮食生产与土地流转机制,蔬菜、园艺与设施农业,水产养殖与畜禽生产,农产品加工与发展龙头企业,农业科技与农业信息网络等几个问题进行了探讨。Nantong City lies close to rivers and faces the sea and has been called gold seashore and gold water way.It lies in fertile Changjiang River delta and is the best in central Jiangsu.In recent years,under the producerelativesurplus and the marketrestrainincrease conditions,the adjustment of agriculture structure has became ripe through the geography,science and technology, fund.But because the adjustment of countryside economic structure is a long strategic assignment,Nantong city,one of the first fourteen coastal ports open to the outside world and belonging to the coastal economic developed areas, Nantong city must raise its starting point, take further steps to open up produce market and promote the energetic development of market agriculture. The grain crops production and the field roam mechanism, the vegetable, the horticulture and the installation agriculture, the aquaculture and the animal husbandry production, the produce processing and the developing tap enterprise, the agricultural science and technology and the agricultural information network etc. questions were inquired into.
