通痹灵对CIA大鼠滑膜组织病理改变的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究通痹灵对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导的关节炎 (CIA)模型大鼠滑膜组织病理的影响。方法 :滑膜组织常规脱水、包埋、制片、苏木精 伊红染色 ,观察炎性细胞浸润、纤维组织增生、滑膜细胞增生及巨噬样A型细胞增生情况。结果 :通痹灵对CIA大鼠滑膜组织的炎性细胞浸润、纤维组织增生和巨噬样A型细胞有明显抑制作用。 4种细胞病理改变的总积分与模型组比较 ,差异有非常显著性。结论 :通痹灵治疗类风湿性关节炎的机制可能与抑制炎性细胞浸润。Objective:To study the effect of Tongbiling, a traditional Chinese preparation, on pathology of synovial membrane in collagen Ⅱ induced arthritis (CIA) rats. Method: The inflammatory cell infiltration and fibroblast hyperplasia and synoviocyte hyperplasia and macrophage like type A synoviocyte were assayed after synovial membrane was managed on pathology routine such as dehydration, imbedding, section, hematoxylin and esosin staining.Result:Tongbiling could inhibit inflammatory cell infiltration and fibroblast hyperplasia and macrophage like type A synoviocyte hyperplasia in CIA rats.Conclusion: The mechanism of curative effect of Tongbiling on arthritis concerns with inhibiting the inflammatory cell infiltration and fibroblast hyperplasia and macrophage like type A synoviocyte hyperplasia.
