乳结消片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究制定乳结消片质量标准。方法 :薄层色谱法鉴别供试品中黄芩苷和橙皮苷等成分 ;高效液相色谱法测定其黄芩苷的含量。结果 :薄层斑点清晰、重现性好 ,含量测定准确、稳定 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .9% ,RSD=1.0 6%。结论Objective:To establish a quality standard for Rujiexiao Tablets.Methods:TLC was used to identify Baicalin and Hesporidin in the formulary. The content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spot was clear, repeatable. The quantitative determination was accurate, stable. The average recovery was 100.9% with RSD =1.06%.Conclusion:This study may be helpful to develop the quality standard for Rujiexiao Tablets.
