摘　　要：介绍离体肠管运动实时检测系统的结构、功能。应用该系统作治则代表方的药理实验,结果显示:(1)系统的应用明显优于曲线的直接量度;(2)新指标的创立能更全面地反映离体肠管的运动状态;(3)健脾益气代表方四君子汤有明显的抗乙酰胆碱作用。Introdued in this paper is the structure and function of the Testing System for Isolated Intestine Motility, which was used in the pharmacological experiment of Sijunzi Decoction. The results were as follows: 1) The system is a superior apparatus which provides more accurate data; 2) A new parameter is established, which can comprehensively reflect the state of isolated intestine motility; 3) Sijunzi Decoction is markedly effective for antagonizing acetycholine.
