慢性胃炎不同证型患者胃泌酸功能及胃电频率谱的变化

摘　　要：本文报告用五肽胃泌素胃酸分泌功能试验及胃电频率谱分析的方法,同步观察了不同中医证型慢性胃炎患音190例的胃泌酸功能,及80例患者的胃电频率谱情况,并与正常人进行比较。结果发现脾胃虚弱(寒)及胃阴不足证型患者的胃分泌功能低下,胃电频谱的优势幅值亦偏低,脾胃湿热证型惠者胃泌酸功能及胃电优势幅值均偏高,提示胃泌酸功能、胃电频谱的优势幅值及中医证型三者之间有密切关系。参考胃电频谱的优势幅值及胃泌酸功能对慢性胃炎患者进行辨证分型及选方用药在临床上有一定的指导意义。One hundred and ninety cases of chronic gastritis were divided into 3 types according to TCM zheng-differentiation: Spleen-stomach arthenia, stomach-yin deficiency, and spleen-stomach dampness-heat. By the stimulation of pentagastrin, gastric acid secretion in all the 190 cases were observed and electrogastric frequencies in 80 of these cases were analysed. It was found that gastric acid secretion was hypoactive and superior range value of electrogastric frequency was lower in the patients of spleen-stomach asthenia (deficiency-cold) and in those of stomach-yin deficiency when compared with healthy persons; while in the patients of spleen-stomach dampness-heat, gastric acid secretion was somewhat active and superior range value of electrogastric frequency. was a bit higher. It was suggested that there be a close velationship between TCM zheng-differentiation, gastric acid secretion and superier range value of electrogastric frequency. If gastric acid secretion and superion range value are employed as reference to make TCM zheng-differentiation and select Chinese materia medica, there would be a constructive role in treating the patients with chronic gastrtis.
