摘 要:用固态分散法制备了ZnCl2 HMS和ZnCl2 MCM 41两种不同负载型催化剂 .XRD的测定结果表明HMS和MCM 41均具有中孔孔道特征 ,用FT IR对加热法和简单混合法制备的催化剂进行了表征 ,发现ZnCl2 能够分散在分子筛表面并与分子筛表面羟基发生键合作用 ,且加热法制备催化剂使ZnCl2 在分子筛表面分散得更加均匀 .研究了所制备的催化剂在苯甲醚乙酰化反应中进行的催化性能 ,发现加热法制备的催化剂 ,其催化活性和对甲氧基苯乙酮的选择性均优于简单混合制备的催化剂 ,随着ZnCl2 负载量增加 ,催化剂活性增加 ,随着反应时间的延长 ,对甲氧基苯乙酮的选择性下降 .ZnCl2 supported on mesoporous molecular sieves, such as ZnCl2/HMS and ZnCl2/MCM-41, were prepared by the method of solid-state dispersion. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that HMS and MCM-41 possess typical character of mesporous channel. FT-IR spectra showed that a part of ZnCl2 bonded on the surface of mesoporous molecular sieves due to the solid state interaction between ZnCl2 and the surface hydroxyl of the supports. ZnCl2 could be dispersed homogenously on the surface when using the preparation method of heating. The catalytic performances were tested in the acylation reaction between anisole and acetyl chloride. It was found that the catalytic activity and the selectivity for p-methoxy acetophone are better over the catalyst of ZnCl2/mesoporous molecular sieves prepared by heating than that over the catalyst prepared by physical mixture. With the increase of ZnCl2 loading and reaction time, the conversion of anisole increased, but the selectivity for p-methoxy acetophone decreased.
