摘 要:研究了大鲵在性未成熟期、性成熟后的产卵期以及退化期的输卵管的基本组织结构和在不同发育阶段的结构和形态变化 .结果表明 :1)不同时期的输卵管壁均由黏膜、肌层和浆膜 3层构成 ;其主要区别在于黏膜的固有层是否形成分泌腺 ;2 )产卵期输卵管明显分成伞部、中段和直段 ,其末端以尖端突入泄殖腔 ;3)在尖端突的横切面上首次发现有单管腺 .The basic histological structure and developmental variations of oviduct at immature stage, spawning stage and catagenetic stage were studied. The wall of uterine tube in all the three stages consisted of three basic layers: the mucous layer, the muscular layer and the serous membrane. Only in spawning season is there secretor on the proper layer of the mucous layer. In spawning season, the oviduct differentiated evidently into three parts: the fimbriae of uterine tube, the middle main oviduct and uterine part. The termination of the uterine part gets into the cloacal pore as a apical segment. It was observed at the firs time that there were simple tubular glands on the apical segment.
