三七皂甙单体Rb1对动脉平滑肌钙离子内流的影响

摘　　要：本文用核素^(45)Ca示踪法观察了三七皂甙单体Rb1对兔主动脉平滑肌钙离子内流的影响。结果显示:Rb1(10^(-5)mol/L)对正常营养液的主动脉平滑肌钙离子跨膜流动无明显影响,但对高钾(140mmol/L)或去甲肾上腺素(10^(-5)mol/L)引起的主动脉平滑肌钙离子内流却有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。提示三七皂甙Rb1对血管平滑肌有钙拮抗性作用。Effect of Rb1 (purified saponin of panax notoginseng) on Ca^(++) influxes in the rabbit aorta was studied with radioactive ^(45)Ca. The result showed that Ca^(++) influx of rabbit aorta induced by Rb1 itself in the normal medium was insignificantly different from that of the normal control. But it was found that Rb1 inhibited Ca^(++) influx stimulated by alpha adrenoceptor activation (NE, 10^(-5) mol/L)or by hugh-K^+ (140 mmol/L) depolarization (significantly different from the corresponding control). It is suggested that Rb1 possesses antagonistic action on calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle.
