甘蔗腋芽组培快繁不同阶段蔗糖用量的研究

摘　　要：以新台糖25号为试验材料,研究不同蔗糖用量对甘蔗组培过程中各个培养阶段的影响.结果表明:ρ=50g·L-1的蔗糖较适合芽的萌发和增殖;试管苗在含有ρ=70g·L-1蔗糖的1 2MS+NAA2.0mg·L-1+0.1%AC培养基上,生根效果较佳,且试管苗生长健壮.Taking ROC25 as material, the authors made a study on the effects of different sucrose dosage on the tissue culture of sugarcane at each stage of culture. The results showed that the massconcentration of 50 mg·L-1 sucrose was comparatively suitable for the germination and propagation of bud; and in the medium-1/2MS+NAA 2.0 mg·L-1+0.1%AC plus sucrose of 70 g·L-1(massconcentration), the tube shoots rooted well and grew robustly.
