摘 要:几种在常规培养条件下不产生繁殖体的真菌的诱导产孢试验结果表明:大茎点菌属[Macrophoma(Sacc.)BerleseetVoglino]、茎点霉属[PhomaSacc.]、壳球孢属[MacrophominaPetrak]的真菌,通过预培养、扫刷营养体、光诱导后能产生分生孢子器及分生孢子;轮枝菌属[VerticilliumNeesexWallr.]、头孢属[CephalosporiumCorda.]的真菌,通过预培养、扫刷营养体后,在有光或无光条件下均能产生分生孢子梗及分生孢子.An experiment was conducted on inducing sporogenesis of several fungi, which do not form propagula under the condition of routine culture. The results showed that the fungi included in Macrophoma(Sacc.), Phoma Sacc., and Macrophomina Petrak could produce pycnidia and conidiospores after preculture,stimulation to trophosome, induction by light;and all of the fungi included in Verticillium Nees ex Wallr and Cephalosporium Corda. could produce conidiophores and conidiospores after preculture or stimulation to trophosome, regardless of light.
