玉屏风散对甲低兔血清甲状腺激素和皮质醇含量的影响  

Effect of Yu Ping Feng San on the Serum T4, T3 and Cortisol Levels of Hypothyroid Rabbit Models

摘  要:为了探讨玉屏风散纠正甲低兔体温异常的作用机理,本工作对甲低组、中药组和对照组三组实验兔进行血清TT_4、TT_3和皮质醇含量的动态观测.结果表明,中药组术后血清TT_3含量较术前无明显下降,与对照组相似;其皮质醇含量下降幅度也较甲低组小.提示玉屏风散对甲低病体出现的多个内分泌系统机能障碍,可能具有较广泛的调整作用。In order to further explore the endocrinic mechanism of regulative effect of Yu Ping Feng San (YPFS, a medicinal powder consisting of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Ledebouriellae) on body temperature of hypothyroid rabbit models, serum thyroxine (T4), triiodothyronine (T3) and Cortisol levels were determined in the three groups of female New Zealand White rabbits: total thyroidectomized and untreated (Group Ⅰ), total thyroidectomized and treated with YPFS (Group Ⅱ) and controls (Group Ⅲ). It was shown that: (1) The serum level of T4 in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ after operation was lower significantly than that before operation (P<0.02 or P<0.01), and the difference between Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was not significant (P> 0.05). (2) The serum level of T3 in Group 1 was also lower than that before operation(P<0.05), while the T3 level in Group Ⅱ after operation was higher than that before operation (P<0.05) and similar to that in Group m (P>0.05). (3) The decrease of serum level of Cortisol in Group Ⅱ was less than that in group Ⅰ, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). These results indicated that YPFS may regulate and stabilize the serum T3 level by improving transformation from T4 into T3 and/or retarding metabolism of T3 and/or improving transference of erythrocyte endecellular T3 to plasma, and may regulate and protect the secretory function of adrenal cortex.
